Publishing this information is a legal requirement in France, where the business is based, for any professionally-oriented website (loi pour la confiance dans l'économie numérique, article 6-III).
Registration in progress for legal status. Telaventis is a French micro-entreprise still being registered: no SIRET number has been issued yet. Every bracketed field below — SIRET, address and phone — is still to be completed once received.

Personal data
The only personal data processed by this site is what you voluntarily submit via the contact page: your name, your email, your business, and the content of your message.
The contact form sends your message via Web3Forms, a third-party service whose only role is routing it to Telaventis's inbox — it doesn't display it anywhere, doesn't publish it, and doesn't retain it beyond delivery. It's the only sub-processor used by this site.
This data serves one purpose only: replying to you and, where relevant, carrying the project through. It's never sold, never shared for commercial purposes, never added to a mailing list. Enquiries that don't lead to a collaboration are deleted within [12 / 24 — to choose] months.
In line with the GDPR, you may at any time request to view, correct or delete data concerning you. Write to hello@telaventis.fr — reply within one month. If unsatisfied, you may file a complaint with France's data protection authority (CNIL) at cnil.fr.
Cookies & trackers
This site sets no cookies and uses no audience-measurement or advertising tool. There is therefore nothing to consent to, which is why there's no cookie banner.
Typefaces (Archivo, Source Serif 4) are hosted directly on this site, in assets/fonts/: your browser makes no request to any third-party server to load them, and no IP address is shared with Google Fonts or any other font provider. The five project names are set in their clients' own typefaces — Newsreader, Unbounded, Plus Jakarta Sans, Instrument Serif and Cormorant Garamond Italic (their respective authors, see the licence file), also under the SIL OFL 1.1, subset to the letters of those names; see assets/fonts/clients/.
Intellectual property & credits
The text, design and code of this site belong to Leonardo Rubatto, who designed, developed and personally maintains it as the owner of Telaventis.
Screenshots of the BDE Dauphine, Qualamantis, wecalc.fr and jeanne-randu.fr sites illustrate work genuinely delivered by the studio. The brands and content shown belong to their respective owners and are shown with their consent.
La Cave d'Antoine is a separate case: that site was designed on the studio's own initiative, from public information, as a demonstration. It was not commissioned by the venue, it is not its official website, and the photographs shown remain the property of their authors — the project page says so, and the case study does not present it as delivered work. On request from the venue or any rights holder, the demonstration is taken down.
For projects commissioned through Telaventis, ownership of the delivered site — domain, hosting and source code — transfers to the client at launch.
Credits — reproduced artworks
Four abstract artworks are used as material in the page layout. Each remains the property of its author.
- Teun Van Der Zalm — "Cumulus 03"
- Home — texture inside the word TELAVENTIS
- Sabina D'Antonio — "Café Delight"
- Home — closing contact banner
- Alexandra Fox
- Home — heading hover fill; Studio page — header band background
- Susan J Harris
- Contact — submit button background
Credits — effects and techniques
Five of the site’s visual effects are derived from demos published by other authors. No code was taken as-is: the libraries they depend on (GSAP, Three.js) are not loaded here, and every effect was rewritten by hand for this site. The original techniques remain to their authors’ credit.
- GreenSock — « Animated Continuous Sections » (codepen XWzRraJ)
- Character-by-character heading reveal under a line mask
- GreenSock — « SVG Shape Overlays » (codepen qBedXpg), d'après Blake Bowen
- Liquid background fill behind the pricing blocks
- Codrops / uuuulala — « Typing Effects with Three.js »
- Phrases made of flowers and bubbles, “Where it starts” section
- betawaxx — « Paths & Control Points » (codepen JoGZQLZ)
- Marker travelling a curve through the project steps, Studio page
- Harsh Jadhav — “Animated Gradient” (Componentry, componentry.dev), MIT licence
- Background of the “Le point de départ” section on wide screens, when the WebGPU jellyfish is not running — the original shader (three colours blended by a distorted noise field, then a swirl), ported from React to a plain WebGL2 canvas. Adapted: the three colours are the site’s own (the page’s ink, the teal of its glow, the coral of the TELAVENTIS wordmark), drawn at half resolution at 30 frames a second, with a final dither against banding in the darks, slower than in the source, and paused when off screen.
- GreenSock / BrianCross — “Animated Continuous Sections” (codepen XWzRraJ, after PoWapLP)
- Hand-over between projects on the home page: outer mask and inner layer translating in opposite directions, parallax backdrops, name revealed letter by letter — rebuilt without GSAP or Observer, on native scroll.
- Codrops — “Ease Reverse Clip Menu” (MIT)
- Full-screen mobile menu opening as a circle from its button — the clip-path idea, redone in plain CSS on a <details> element.
- Codrops — “Telescope Zoom” and “Image Pixel Loading”
- Atelier Moka story: the camera travels through a cloud of pixelated photos that sharpen in steps — rebuilt without GSAP or ScrollSmoother.
- “Elastic Grid Scroll”, “Scroll Tilted Grid”, “Flexbox Filter FLIP”, “Hover Video Player” (design-memory)
- Work page: elastic columns, screens that straighten as they enter, per-project filter animated with FLIP, a recording of the live site played on hover — reimplemented with no dependency. The client-site recordings were made by Telaventis on those clients' public sites.
- “Variable Font Hover by Letter” / “Variable Font and Cursor” (design-memory)
- Home headline: Archivo's weight and width axes animated letter by letter (arrival, gust, pointer).
- Lucio Fontana — “Concetti spaziali”, the “tagli”
- Visual reference (not reproduced) for the diagonal cut of the wordmark and the slit that opens the Moka story.
